SUSNANO team at EARMA Conference for research managers and administrators

The representatives from SUSNANO participated in the EARMA Conference 2024, the Europe’s premier research management event, that took place on April 23-25 in Odense, Denmark.

The European Association of Research Managers and Administrators (EARMA) forms the interface between research funding organisations and the scientific community, bridging cultural and legal differences between countries, and between academia and industry, contributing to policy consultations, and managing the smooth running of research projects.

This year, EARMA conference traditionally covered a wide range of topics including Open Science, Collaboration and Strategic Alliances, Professional and Career Development, Research Cycle Support Services, and IT Systems and Tools Supporting RMA Now and in the Future.

SUSNANO coordinator Majlinda Vasjari together with Erida Elmazi, Ledjon Shahini from University of Tirana, and Jana Markova from consortium partner UPO, took part in the conference. The theoretical and practical knowledge gained there will significantly contribute to achieving the SUSNANO’s aim to boost the scientific excellence and innovation capacity of UT and its twinning partners, and will help to improve UT’s management and administrative capacity for European R&D programmes.
