Tirana, Tirana, Albania

About the event

Objective: In the Master's program in Chemistry, University of Tirana, students gain knowledge on the basic principles and operation of electrochemical sensors. Mainly they are focused on the preparation of bulk-modified electrodes such as modified carbon paste electrodes using different modifiers such as metal nanoparticles, enzymes, crude tissue, CNT, etc. Therefore, we intend to extend their knowledge with the current and most advanced topics on the preparation and application of nanosensors, to raise the professional level of all participants (students and ESRs).

The lectures will be given by the Professors from ICN2, UPO, as well as invited qualified scientists from NanoAlb - Academy of Sciences, Albania (University of Prishtina and University of Tetovo).

Invited participants: students of the UT Master of Science in Chemistry, UT, PhD students as well as ESRs from NanoAlb.
