About the event
NanoAlb, in collaboration with the EU project SUSNANO, is organizing a workshop titled “Research, Innovation, and Collaboration Supported by National and International Projects” on 16–17 December 2024 in Pristina, Kosova.
The workshop aims to showcase and discuss the scientific achievements of NanoAlb groups and their partners during 2024.
Workshop Agenda
Day 1: December 16
The focus will be on the implementation and progress of the 6th NanoAlb Ignite Projects (2024–2026). Presentations will highlight the contributions of partners to each project and explore opportunities for collaboration with other initiatives to maximize impact.
Day 2: December 17
The day will be dedicated to the Quartz Forum, themed “Redefining Tomorrow Through Nano Innovation.” This forum will emphasize the pivotal role of young researchers in advancing nanoscience to address global challenges.
Strategic Development
The workshop will also lay the groundwork for transforming NanoAlb into nanoBalkan, a Regional Centre for Nanotechnology. This center will support nanotechnology research and development across the region, incorporating satellite groups from other countries to enhance excellence and collaboration.
This event presents an excellent opportunity to:
- Share the latest developments in nanoscience in the region and more.
- Foster connections with colleagues and nanoBalkan research groups.
- Explore avenues for impactful regional and international collaboration.
We look forward to welcoming you to Pristina for this inspiring exchange of ideas and innovation within nanoBalkan centre.
The event is free. Interested persons can register with Prof. Dr. Majlinda Vasjari (majlinda.vasjari@fshn.edu.al)
